Meet Freddie
Growing up, I often felt misunderstood and struggled to find freedom from feelings of depression. Over time, I’ve come to see that those experiences have become one of my greatest strengths as a counselor. With six years of experience in the mental health field and four years working directly with clients, I feel confident in my ability to walk alongside you as you navigate the obstacles in your life. I believe everyone was created to live an abundant life, and my goal is to support you as you move toward that. As we work together, we will focus on building new habits, developing healthier thought patterns, and understanding how your past experiences may still be impacting you today.
